Having bought homes in the past and had pre-purchase inspections, I am certainly able to provide an objective review on the subject. David of Alliance Home Inspections is a true professional and clearly knows all there is to know about this business. He is thorough, covering the home from foundation to the rooftop and everything in between. His report was top notch, detailing to the nth degree everything he found in both pictures and detailed descriptions. We were able to make an informed decision with regards to our home purchase thanks to his efforts. I cannot give enough praise to this company. They are top notch and I highly recommend them.

I had the awesome experience of working with both Adam and David as a Director in another inspection company we all were employed with. Since I was in Executive Management, one of my many tasks was monitoring the reviews that came in for our 17 inspectors. I can’t say enough about the quality these two gentlemen put out. Their customers were always pleased with their work and their REALTORS always asked for them personally when scheduling inspections. No other inspectors received the amount of 5-star reviews as these two did. I’m glad to see they went out on their own. REALTORS need to have Alliance as their only Home Inspector

I can’t say enough great things about my inspector David, his thorough inspection and analysis saved me from buying a home with substantial roof and attic damage that was hidden to someone not trained to see it. This home I almost purchased had faulty electrical wiring and numerous structural damage to beams. When I finally found another home I wanted to put an offer on, I called the same inspector because I knew I’d get another detailed report to help aid in my biggest investment. Thank you David and keep up the great work!
